Well, I was recently in your shoes. I wanted to build a new home in Port St Lucie and as a Realtor for 27 years, of course, I checked out a lot of new construction communities here in Port Saint Lucie before buying.  I decided on Riverland because it was the best value with the most amenities and low HOA fees, and it matched the lifestyle I was looking for. 

And now that I live here, I thought I would let you know, what it’s REALLY like to live in Valencia at Riverland Port St Lucie. Each one of the Riverland communities will have its own clubhouse as well. The Valencia Walk clubhouse is slated to be 37,000 square feet. Valencia Grove and Valencia Walk have a full outdoor bar.
