Well, I was recently in your shoes. I wanted to build a new home in Port St Lucie, and as a Realtor for 30 years, of course, I checked out a lot of new-construction communities here before buying. I decided on Riverland because it was the best value with the most amenities and low HOA fees, and it matched the lifestyle I was looking for.
And now that I live here, I thought I would let you know what it’s REALLY like to live in Valencia at Riverland Port St Lucie. Each one of the Riverland communities will have its own clubhouse as well. The Valencia Walk and Valencia Parc clubhouses have 37,000 and 38,000 square feet. Valencia Grove, Valencia Walk, Valencia Cay, and Valencia Parc all have a full outdoor bar.
These Valencia communities represent the pinnacle of 55+ active adult living, featuring a massive resort-style pool and spa, a 51,000 sq. ft. Wellness Center, and a grand social hall designed for live concerts and comedy shows. Residents enjoy a full-service RiverFresh Café, card rooms, a sports lounge, and an elite fitness center—all connected by the iconic Riverland Paseo.
There is no shortage of access to necessary staples and services around Riverland. The Cleveland Clinic Hospital is right across SW Village Parkway.
