Not only was he very familiar with all the different models, options and community amenities, he was also very familiar with the surrounding infrastructure and was able to help us become quickly acquainted with everything the area has to offer. But what impressed us the most was his calm demeanor and real-estate knowledge regarding all the rules and regulations related to the purchase of the home. After the purchase was concluded, Thom remained in contact with us during the entire construction phase and sent us photos as it progressed from a dirt lot to a finished home.
