Bring the grandkids to the Children’s Museum of the Treasure Coast, or enjoy the sand and surf at any of the beaches along the Treasure Coast. Each of the four models has several facade options: the Coastal Elevation is reminiscent of traditional Floridian architecture, the Island Elevation is slightly more colorful with light hints of Caribbean design, and the Contemporary Elevation is one of clean bold lines and neutral colors. Hurricane features include impact rated glass for all openings (windows, doors, and sliders), professionally engineered roof trusses with hurricane straps, steel reinforced concrete block construction, and underground connections for water and power.

- The Lucida Jem starts at $454,490 and 1,879 sq. ft. with 3 beds, 2 baths, and a floorplan that revolves around a great room opening up to a patio.

- The Lucida starts at $464,990 with a slightly larger 2,036 sq. ft. with 2 beds, 2 baths, and a larger patio that extends along the dining room.

- The Palomar Jem starts at $472,990 with 2,200 sq. ft. of space, 2 beds, 2.5 baths, and the Palomar starts at $481,990 with 2,278 sq. ft. of space, 2 beds and 2.5 baths. There are 131 homesites, and although lot sites vary, the typical size is 52’ x 118’. Ceiling heights in these single story homes are a comfortable and ample range of 9 to 11 feet in height, creating a breezy sense of openness in the layout.
