Riverland Communities

Riverland is the name of the master planned community in Port St Lucie which will eventually have approximately 12 individual neighborhoods in various sizes. So far, the builder has committed to at least the first 4 communities to be age-restricted 55+ neighborhoods. These are the 4 communities currently built or under construction.

Valencia Cay

Valencia Cay was the premier community for Riverland in Port St Lucie that opened in 2019. There are 1,071 homes and it was completed in 2021 (with a few spec homes added in 2022 & 2023). It has a beautiful 34,000 square-foot clubhouse with a resort style pool, outdoor/indoor restaurant, a grand social hall for Broadway style shows and entertainment, and club rooms.

Valencia Grove

Valencia Grove was the 2nd community in 1,133 homes with a 34,000 square foot clubhouse with resort style pool, outdoor/indoor restaurant, poolside patio bar, fire pit, sports lounge, a grand social hall for Broadway style shows and entertainment, a catering kitchen billiards and card rooms.

Valencia Walk

Valencia Walk is under construction with 887 homes of contemporary design and as of 11/2023 has lots still available. There’s a 37,000 square foot clubhouse with a resort style pool, outdoor/indoor restaurant, poolside patio bar, sports lounge, a grand social hall for Broadway-style shows and entertainment, a catering kitchen, billiards and activity/card rooms.

Valencia Parc

Valencia Parc was released on 12/01/23 and will raise the bar in contemporary home designs with up to 1,360 homes with a 38,000 square foot clubhouse with resort-style pool, outdoor/indoor restaurant, poolside patio bar, sports lounge, a grand social hall for Broadway style shows and entertainment, a catering kitchen billiards and card rooms.

Riverland Current Amenities 

Outside of each community having its own clubhouse, Valencia Cay, Grove, Walk & Parc residents have access to the 24-acre Sports & Racquet Club with over 80 outdoor sports courts for pickleball & tennis and a 51,000 square-foot Wellness & Fitness Center (that will be expanding), 2 outdoor lap pools, 1 indoor lap pool, and a resistance pool, group fitness, basketball, and ping pong.  You’ll also find ways to get creative by learning to cook, create pottery or art at the 5-acre Arts & Culture Center. Riverland Future Amenities

The fitness campus will be expanding the gym and moving the group fitness rooms to a new building next to the existing one and also adding a café serving healthy food and beverage options.  Also coming is an amazing Town Center just outside the Valencia Walk gate with a supermarket, restaurants, and shops. The 12-acre Paseo Park which features a dog park, a softball field, and two soccer fields. Four other future city parks, and much, more!

Riverland Future Communities

Following the completion of Valencia Parc and possibly one more 55+ neighborhood, Riverland will likely be building some communities without age restrictions and other design options including townhomes.
